We have entrusted DBS to do all our online marketing for over 15 years now and they have always delivered the highest results and more importantly our ROI.

Founded more than two decades ago, Time for You Fife stands out as one of the longstanding franchisees within the Time For You network. It comes as no surprise that they were honoured as the National Winner of Scotland’s Business Awards in 2023 – fantastic recognition for their outstanding domestic cleaning services. 

Time For You Fife has been a long-time client of DBS Digital and has always been eager to grow their business. The challenge for us as a team was to increase their lead generation at a sustainable level whilst maintaining high profits. Additionally, the years 2022 and 2023 saw a very volatile economic landscape, with considerable rises in the cost of living putting the squeeze on Time For You Fife’s target market. 

The Results

We have regular chats on the phone to make sure we as a company are doing our part to help cement our 1st place position on the front page of all online platforms, Google, Bing and Facebook. I cannot recommend DBS highly enough and will continue to use them as long as I’m in business.

Revamping their Google Ads and Bing Ads PPC campaigns to focus the budget on locations they wanted more leads from was an important first step. This reduced wasted spending in areas where they didn’t have cleaners and improved the profitability of the advertising. We then reviewed the campaign's visibility relative to the available budget and recommended incrementally increasing the budgets over a 2-year period to sustainably increase leads.

Developing a Facebook advertising campaign, centred around an in-platform lead form, enabled us to reach a wider audience and simplified the process for users to inquire about a cleaner. This streamlined approach not only increased engagement but also resulted in a significant boost in leads at a very low cost. 

How we did it

Search Advertising

The Google and Bing Ads revamp led to a 96% increase in leads with each lead costing less than £18.50 on average. Additionally, we saw advert click through rates improve by 26% and the conversion rate increase by 11%.

Social Advertising

The use of the lead form within Facebook was a game changer. It lowered Time For You Fife’s cost per lead from Facebook advertising by 62% to £13.50 on average and generated over 120 leads during 2023.
